About Us
The Body Corporate Committee for 111 Quay Apartments (Community Titles Scheme 48030) is responsible for making decisions on behalf of the Body Corporate, general administrative matters, and enforcing the scheme's By-Laws.
The Committee is assisted by a Body Corporate Manager with administrative support, and Caretaker with routine and emergency maintenance, repairs, and managing common areas.
